I built WorkGOAT because I have spent my entire life learning things the hard way โ€” self-directed, self-taught, building controlled environments to practice safely before taking anything public. I never found a tool that matched how I actually grow. Most apps tell you what to do. None of them ask who you are first.

The framework behind WorkGOAT โ€” the approaches, the dynamics, the focuses โ€” came from years of observing how different people respond to different coaching styles, accountability structures, and motivational triggers. The social layer came from understanding that private progress has a ceiling and public progress does not. The gamification came from watching what actually creates behavioral obsession versus what creates behavioral fatigue.
